The Rhubarb Rhubarb Collection draws its inspiration from the West Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle. Here, farmers bend over candle-light to harvest coaxed ‘pink princesses’ from the cold, wet ground. Noble Isle’s rhubarb extract is sourced from a sixth-generation rhubarb farm in this very area.
